Please fill out the reservations form below with your arrival information. Click on the SUBMIT button to be redirected to our E-commerce Store where you can choose your product/s and to make the $20/person reservations deposit or pay your activity already in full. You will receive an automatic receipt from Paypal confirming the transaction has been successful.
We will e-mail you a confirmation number and meeting instructions. In order to avoid a delay in commencing the zip line tour, each group must print out the confirmation email that will include your package and balance due information that you must present at our front desk in Roatan.
The balance of the tour must be paid in US-Dollar in cash or via Paypal in order to avoid a 19% tourism tax on credit card transactions only. We do not accept Travellers Checks.
Customer have the option to pay the grand total of their selected tour packages via Paypal before arrival at a 6.9% that is charged directly by Paypal in accordance with their International-Honduran payment policy. We do not benefit in anyway from this charge.
Refund Policy
- The total deposit is non-refundable. If you paid in full, we will return you the balance.
- Your deposit will be refunded only if you do not arrive in Roatan or if we have to cancel the tour due to weather/safety conditions.
- Processing time for refunds are 7-10 business days.
- All cancellations made on the “day of the tour” will not be refunded.
